This software from Triple W communications doesn't come for free but you could try the demo version to see if it fits your web design taste. One thing I can say for sure: this flash banner and intro builder is amazing!! Every web designer who is commissioned to design flash banners for their client must try and buy it coz it's really cheap. It would be a big addition to your design archive.
YOu can upgrade it for free and it's also equipped with sound effects capability,. I must say it's a great design tool that lets you build banners that really look awesome and professional. Thumbs up to Anim-FX.
